Gatorz Warranty Policies and Lens Replacement
From the date of purchase and with receipt, GATORZ EUROPE Ltd. provides a two-year warranty for metal sunglasses. This warranty covers breakage and defects due to material and/or workmanship.
Gatorz Europe Ltd. will repair or replace, at our option, any pair of Gatorz Aluminum Eyewear found to be defective. Gatorz Europe Ltd. limited warranty program does not apply to damage caused by improper use, normal wear, including lens scratching or accidental breakage. All repairs will generally be completed within 3-5 working days and then returned by local post. International shipping rates will apply. Gatorz Europe will not be held responsible for packages lost in transit.
REBUILD COSTS:
WRAPTOR, RADIATOR, MAGNUM, BOXSTER, OCTANE

Lens Replacement (Non-Polarized lenses) -  40.00 + 20% VAT = 48 EUR – Lens replacement only (includes new lenses and frame cleaning)

Lens Replacement (with Polarized lenses) -  50.00 + 20% VAT = 60 EUR – Lens replacement only (includes new lenses and frame cleaning)

Lens Replacement (with Photochromatic lenses) - 60 + 20% VAT = 72 EUR - Lens replacement only (includes new lenses and frame cleaning)

Full rebuild - (with Non-Polarized lenses) 60.00 + 20% VAT = 72.00 EUR - Lens replacement, frame cleaning, nosepiece replacement, rubber piece replacement on both temples (if applicable) and polishing (if applicable).

Full rebuild - (with Polarized lenses) 80.00 + 20% VAT = 96.00 EUR - Lens replacement, frame cleaning, nosepiece replacement, rubber piece replacement on both temples (if applicable) and polishing (if applicable).

Warranty shipping & handling within EUROPE – 10.00 EUR

HOW TO SEND IN A WARRANTY CLAIM
¨ We recomend you to pack your eyewear in a cardboard box and use a shipping service that provides both insurance and tracking capabilities to ensure a safe delivery.
¨ Gatorz Europe will not be held responsible for packages lost in transit.
HOW TO HAVE YOUR LENSES REPLACED

Step 1: Shop our entire lens collection.

Step 2: Select your preferred lenses.

Step 3: Complete the transaction on checkout.

Step 4: Receive and Print out your email confirmation.

Step 5: Send glasses to Gatorz repairs to the address below, including a copy of your order confirmation. Cost of the shipping to us is payed by the customer.

Step 6: Allow 1-2weeks for processing and lens repair.

Step 7: Receive your glasses with a fresh set of lenses. Shipping is paid.

Step 8: Enjoy.
